Overview

The Wilkins Model ZW209 pressure reducing valve automatically reduces a higher inlet pressure to a steady lower downstream pressure regardless of changing flow rate and/or varying inlet pressure. This valve is an accurate, pilot-operated regulator capable of holding downstream pressure to a pre-determined limit. When downstream pressure exceeds the pressure setting of the control pilot, the main valve and pilot valve close drip tight.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • Main body made from Ductile iron
  • Stainless steel stem and spring
  • Epoxy coating internally and externally for corrosion protection
  • Working temperature range 1°C to 60°C.
  • Pilot spring range adjustable from 15-150psi (105 - 1050kPa).
  • Optional end connections include Threaded (50mm, 400psi max), Flanged (50-200mm, 400psi max) or Grooved (65-200mm, 300psi max).
