Wilkins Double Check Valve 450 Series 65-250mm

Designed for installation on potable water lines to protect against both back-siphonage and back-pressure of polluted water into the potable water supply.  The Model 450 shall provide protection where a potential health hazard does not exist.

With a small 'foot-print', the Model 450 assembly allows for installation in cramped spaces and smaller enclosures.  As with all Wilkins backflow preventers, the 450 is known for its low head loss and easy maintenance resulting from Wilkins 'compound checks'.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Available in 65mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 250mm.
• Two non-rising stem resilient wedge gate valves with flanged end connections.
• Lightweight due to thin wall ductile iron, epoxy coated bodies.
• Single grooved access cover for easy access to all internal check valve parts.
• Reversible or replacable seat discs for easy and inexpensive maintenance.
• Extremely low pressure losses (see data sheet).
• Bulk head fittings, no body threads.
• Assemblies are available in flange x flange, groove x groove, and flange x groove ends.
