Overview

Standard Metal Access Panels are supplied with the following features:

  • Manufactured from zinc coated mild steel.
  • Concealed pin hinge system.
  • Etched prime painted finish.
  • Fixing tags located for easy access to ceiling frame.
  • Aluminium Budget Lock.
  • Available with Set Bead Edge or Flanged Edge
  • Budget version finish is white powder coat

Edge Types Available:

  • Flanged Edge (20mm architrave) for installation into finished walls or ceilings.
  • Set Bead Edge allows only the door face to be visible with frame hidden

Uses:

  • To supply access in framed walls or ceilings the Access Panels can be installed during.
  • or after construction stage. Options on keylocks, dust proof, and sound rating (STC30).

Sizes:

Standard sizes are as per the table below.  Non standard sizes can be manufactured to order subject to delivery delays and minimum quantities.

  • 300 x 300mm
  • 450 x 450mm
  • 600 x 600mm
