The project, commissioned by Southpark Corporation and entrusted to Elio Construction as the main contractor, entailed the construction of a state-of-the-art industrial facility to accommodate the long-term tenant, Tile Space.
The scope of work includes the erection of a 7,500m2 warehouse, 600m2 of office space, 1,519m2 of breezeway and 500m2 of yard, with meticulous attention to internal and external detail and finishes

RAK Suites and Urinals:
The RAK-Resort bathroom suite and RAK Venice urinal were highlighted for their elegant design and practical features.

Paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, and toilet roll holders in a 304 satin stainless finish offer a combination of aesthetics and robustness, suitable for high-traffic areas.

MacDonald Industries products provide practical functionality and modern styling, essential for creating accessible bathrooms that meet regulatory standards. These products, including grab bars, shower sets, raised toilets, and backrests provide crucial support and stability, significantly reducing the risk of falls and injuries. Delabie Tapware:
The mechanical mixer is suitable for everyone including people with reduced mobility, ensuring accessibility and ease of use. The Deck-Mounted Mechanical Basin Mixer is the perfect blend of functionality, hygiene, and durability.
Designed to promote water efficiency, the mixer has a flow rate limited to 5 lpm at 3 bar.
